MANGALORE, 27/05/2026: Gladsom Home for Students, Minor Seminary of the Diocese of Mangalore, bid a heartfelt farewell to Br Aashton Dsouza on Saturday 27, 2026 . The farewell programme was organised by the brothers of Gladsom Home to express their gratitude and appreciation for the valuable presence and contribution of Br Aashton in the formation house.
The programme began with a prayer service, seeking God’s blessings upon Bother for his future journey and mission. The brothers shared their memories and expressed their gratitude for the love, guidance, support, and encouragement received from him during his time at Gladsom Home.
Br Aashton was remembered for his simplicity, dedication, joyful presence, and willingness to accompany everyone in the community. His friendly nature, inspiring words, and selfless service have left a beautiful mark on the hearts of the brothers.
Rev Fr Antony Clany Dsouza (Rector), and Rev Fr Vincent Dsouza (Spiritual Director) expressed their sincere thanks to Br Aashton for being an important part of the Gladsom family. They appreciated his contribution towards the growth and formation of the seminarians and wished him God’s abundant blessings for the next step of his journey.
In his response, Br Aashton expressed his gratitude to the Gladsom community for the love, support, and unforgettable experiences he received during his stay. He encouraged the brothers to remain faithful to their vocation journey and continue growing in Christ.
